2009c Registration Information

A $25.00 deposit locks you into the pricing plan listed below.  If sending payment by mail, complete the registration and volunteer form online; or complete registration and volunteer form and send with payment.

(Example: Plan 1, deposit of $25.00 and final payment is paid by December 31, 2008; cost for each person is $185.00. Plan 2, deposit of $25.00 an final payment is paid by February 28, 2009, cost for each person is $210.00. Plan 3, deposit of $25.00 and final payment is paid in full after March 1, 2009 and by June 19, 2009; cost for each person is $235.00).

Plan 1: $185.00, each person and paid in full by December 31, 2008. Complete registration and volunteer form, if using pay pal a small handling fee will apply.                

Plan 2: $210.00, each person and paid in full by February 28, 2009. Complete registration and volunteer form, if using pay pal a small handling fee will apply.                

Plan 3: $235.00, each person after March 1, 2009 and paid in full by June 19, 2009. Complete registration and volunteer form, if using pay pal a small handling fee will apply.

Late registration is on or after June 20, 2009; before completing the registration and volunteer form, contact registration@woodsstocks.org  Cost per person is $260.00.

One Day Pass

One day pass is good from 9:00 am until dungeon closing on the day you attend; This does not mean a 24-hour period, meals are included and excludes camping privileges.

$110.00, each person and paid in full by December 31, 2008. Complete registration form, if using pay pal a small handling fee will apply.

$125.00, each person on or after January 1, 2009 and paid by June 19, 2009. Complete registration form, if using pay pal a small handling fee will apply.

Refund Policy:

Cancellation before June. 19, 2009 will receive credit to Woods Stocks 2010.  Cancellation on June 20, 2009 or after will not receive credit.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
