The permanent location is near Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. The dungeon space is 2500 square feet; enclosed, with three entrances into the dungeon and concrete floor. Dungeon rules are posted inside the dungeon, with the rules following those of BR. Yes, there are DM's present.
